1) The system will never allow us, instead f hiring action
will the system allow us 2 do promotion 4 hiring.
2) The system will display cost center which is assigne dto
position.
3) We can do retro accounting based on IT0003 other than
control record.

evaluation classes...
Processing class: It determines, how the wage tpes are
process during payroll run.
Cumulation clas: It cumulates, the wage types during
payorll run to get total amount.
Evaluation class: It mainly concentrates on, which wage
types/components have to be shown in payslip, i.e whether
it is in summery part/deduction part/ gross part.
5) There are many features in SAP HR, for example.. ABKRS,
PINCH, VDSK1, SCHKZ, TMSTA, WWEEK, WRKHR, TARIF, LGMST,
ANSAL, ZLSCH, CONTR, DATAR, NUMKR... etc.. these all are
used to default a perticular fields in relevant info types.
6) Process models are used to link up together many
programs. which are needed to do a complete run in payroll.
