Compsition of tax means the tax arises from the total income of the person and it will be according to the income tax slab let us take an example:- Suppose a person having total income of RS.850000/- then tax will be
0-160000------------ nil
160000-500000---------10%- 34000
500000-800000---------20%- 60000
800000-above----------30%- 15000
then tax----------------- 109000
