we convert 66kv to 33 kv to 11kv to 440v. why can't we
directly convert 33kv to 440 ?

converting very high volyage to very low voltage is
impossible because while making the system to convert the
windings in the machine will damage, and the making of 33kv
to 440v the cost very high, and complex

What do you mean by transformation ratio of instrument transformer?
