WE CAN UPDATE INSERT ROWS INTO TARGET TABLE USING SAME
UPDATE STRATERGY IN A SESSION BUT WE NEED TO SELECT THE
OPTION UPDATE ELSE INSERT OPTION FROM SESSION
PROPERTIES>MAPPING.
BUT WE CAN INSERT UPDATE N DELETE,I MEAN PERFORM ALL THREE
AT A TIME.
