No, because we can achieve the recommended motor torque
at 415 V+/- 10 % level only (torque is directly
proportional to the current (P = I²/R) If the torque is in
low condition, required more current for try to achieve
the specified torque so automatically the motor will
generate more heat and motor will be damage / burn .
