first of all, the BA will take an appointment fron the client, collects Template from the company,
meets the client on the appointment date and
gathers the requirements with the help of Template.
Finally, comes back to the company with the
Requirements Document.
Then,Engagement manager(EM) will go through the requirements,
If he finds any extra requiremnts, thn he deals with the excess cost of the project.
If he finds any confused requirements, thn he will as the concerned team to develop prototype.
Thn he will so to the client with that prototype, demonstrates the prototype,
gathers the clear requirements and
will finaaly handover the Requirement Document to the BA
This Req. Document is called with following names by different companies:-
FRS
BRS
CRS
URS
BDD
BD
