i want to know what is revpar in hotel ( rooms) & we

example.

RevPar or Revenue per available room is Total Room Sale
Revenue divided by no of total available rooms regardless
of occupied or not. Eg. Ostrich Hotel have 100 rooms with
flat rate of $100 per room. Occupancy for 1st May 2011 is
40% @ 40 rooms X $100 = $4000. RevPar for Ostrich Hotel on
1st May 2011 is (Revenue @ $4000/100 available rooms) =
$40.00
