A retained earnings from a
company's profit's.
It is divided into-
a) Specific reserve- it
includes a reassignment of
dividends to shareholders.
b) General reserve- these
are saved to offset
potential future losses.
c) Legal reserve- it is
money set aside for
litigation or revaluation
purposes.
