Hi i am on OPT right Now.And i m workig in a company since 1 month. I am having the paystub and all the documents.I m willing to visit india for marriage on march. So would there be problem while entering US again. Is there Any new Rules in 2010 reagrding this.

I need a small clarification i.e I need B.sc Degree(3 Years) and PGDCPA(1 Year).so its reaches US Education requirements right..? and 3 years of my degree was completed in 4 Year i.e actually passout is 2009-2011 but I passed in 2012.it is any problem for my admission and visa interview time.? Hi, I just have a question regarding my PhD admission with North Dakota State University without assistantship. I have already completed my Masters from NDSU and was working in the US for a couple of years, I however returned to India last year. I was in touch with my guide concerning pursuing my PhD at NDSU. I have now been offered admission at NDSU for the PhD program for Fall 2010, and I have also finalized my research area (extension of Master's research area), however I have not been given an official assistantship / aid letter from my department. My department is however saying that I will be definitely offered assistantship if I land up at NDSU in Fall. My concern is now about the Visa interview in which I will have to show personal liquid funds for 5 years of doctoral study. Can you please suggest a way by which I wont be asked to show 5 years of funding..since I have unofficially got the assurance of aid/tuition waiver. Please let me know.

I passes my 12th in 2008 and for two years i was trying to get admission in the reputated university in india as my percentage wasnt high enought so i culdnt get it...in 2010 i went for my visa interview in USA embassy and i had every documents with me...she asked me what i have been dng for last 2 years i honestly said what i was doing...still she refused me the VISA saying tht i am not a credible student for USA...now i am planning to apply again...what if she asked the same question again...I am really worried guys plz help

i am planning to have 12 month OPT period after i graduate so when the consul asks me how long do u plan to stay in USA do i say i will stay xyzmonth(program duration)+12month(opt)? or in another word do i have to take a visa period that covers both the program and the opt or i can take a visa period for the program and then extend the visa for OPT? just to make it simpler: if my program length is 2 years do i have to tell the consul to give me a 3 years visa to cover the program and the opt or i can have only 2 years visa and then extend it in USA? And does saying that i want to have OPT to the consul can be a bad point as the consul may think that i will work in USA and never come back?or i should be fine?
hello sir sir i want to let you know that my application had been not checked at the mumbai embassy they straight away told me that i belong to southern region and i must go to chennai. now, i am planning for chennai embassy will there be any question about why u went to mumbai first as i want to describe in briefly that uptill my intermediate i completed my studies in mumbai and then i came to hyderabad and completed my undergraduation so even my parents stay in mumbai even i have a home over there.my dad is a government employee there so what should i have to say at the interview if they asks me why i first went to mumbai embassy.
