here i think your weakness means company/firm's
weakness.like every person business unit have some
streanths & weakness.company can have different type of
weakness like:problem in raise fund,bad image of
brand/managent of company etc.
every business who want to survive in the market,should
know about his weakneses & try to overcome them.
