what is Invivo-vitro relatioship in Dissolution?

Dissolution is method for checking of amount of drug goes in to solution.
In-vitro Dissolution : is carried out outside the body it is done on artificial apparatus (Dissolution Apparatus) in which all conditions like pH, temperature, dissolution media etc are maintained same as that of human body.
In-vivo Dissolution: is carried out in human body the no of subject are given a testing drug & at time intervals blood is withdrawn from them & is checked for amount of drug present in it
now this two results are compared & graphs are plot bet. them to observe the similarity in the dissolution of drug by two methods.
