If it is two stroke slow speed engine has one exhaust valve
on top of cylinder head which is operated by means of
hydraulic oil(may be same system oil)actuated by
cam.Scavenge/charge air will enter in to via scavenge port
which is blow the liner.but medium speed two stroke engine
has inlet and exhaust valves on top operated by means of cam
actuated by means of push rod.
