A 11000/415V distribution transformer is fed 415V upon it's LT
side,Do I get 11000V upon it's Primary side ?

yes offcourse because u provide 415 v on lt side n its mean
u use lt as a primary and where u get 11000 volts its
called secondary side and its possible.
