Weather W.C.T should be deducted on advance payment?

W.C.T on Advance / Mobilization advance should not be
deducted. because mobilization / advance will be recovered
on monthly running bills. W.C.T is applicable on actual
work done at site. If WCT recovered on advances, WCT on
running bill should calculate on monthly work done value
after deducting certain percentage of advance. its
complicated process.
