That is correct.As the tapping is done on primary side, with
+5% tap you are decreasing secondary voltage by 5% or you
use that tap when the primary voltage increases by 5% to
maintain the secondary voltage steady.Then N1/N2 = 105/100

In case of HV test on medium voltage cables, BS is asking for 4 U0 where as IEC is asking for 3.5 U0. Can any one advise me how this 3.5 times or 4 times U0 is derived?
