to identify a compound both or and sor r required.bcz SOR
depends on OR where as OR changes with concentration ,so
not stable.SOR=OR/C*Lwhere c=concentration,L=cell
length.for a unkown compound of known concentration SOR
does not changes with cocentration,so we can identify the
compound.
