1. what is the power factor of a purely inductive load?
(i) Zero (ii) Lagging (iii)Leading (iv) Unity
2. which type of transformer connection is preferred in
case of power supply transformer?
(i) Star/Star (ii) Delta/Delta (iii) Star/Delta (iv)
Zig Zag/Star

1. the power factor of a purely inductive load is zero.
because the phase angle between voltage and current is 90
degree electrical. hence power factor is zero.
2. in general star/star connection is used. this is
neutral terminal can be easily accessible both on hv and lv.
