in the rushorder we can do delivery without shippent point.
in the sales docemtntype(RO)t.code vov8 ,shipping tab their
is afield shippin condition from with the system find the
shipping point . when we are creating savin the sales order
automatically delivery created.

I have created value contract with order type WK1 in VA41. The target value is 500 USD and the net price is 1000 USD. There was no pop up message or error thrown while saving the contract when the net price exceeded the target value. And the system allowed to save the contract.
