LAW OF AFFINITY IS THE ANSWER...

(N1/N2)=(Q1/Q2)=(D1/D2)=(square root of (H1/H2))=(cube root
of (P1/P2))

N1 & N2=rpm at condition 1 & 2 respectively.
Q1 & Q2=capacity at condition 1 & 2 respectively.
D1 & D2=diameter of impeller at condition 1 & 2 respectively.
H1 & H2=head in meters at condition 1 & 2 respectively.
P1 & P2=required power in kw at condition 1 & 2 respectively.

considering centrifugal pump data....
