Deviations are of two types i) planned deviation and
ii)un-planned deviation. Again deviations are categorized
according to their impact on Quality as follows.
Minor deviations - doesn't have direct impact on the quality
of the product.
Major deviations - Indirectly having impact in quality of
the product.
Critical deviations - Having direct impact on the quality of
the product.
