What is the basic difference between Latches and Flip flops?
Answer Posted / er.younis rasool wani & ro
Both latches and Flip flop are similar. Both are bistable logic circuits and can reside in any of two stable states due to a feed back arrangement. The main difference between them is in the method used for changing the state further The difference between a latch and a flip-flop is that a latch does not have a clock signal, whereas a flip-flop always does also Latches are asynchronous while as a flip-flop is a synchronous version of the latch ........
