1) insert your hand in cement it shuold give cool feeling
not warm(moisture conten).
2)it should not content any lumps or dust
3)it should be green color
4)take pintch of cement rubbed between fingers it should
give smooth finish(feeling).
5)take handfull of cement and throw it into bucket full of
water it should float on the surface of water for some time.
