We know flow of electron is
current . But why electron flow
from negative to positive and
current from positive to
negative?

As a convention we consider the direction of flow of positive charge as direction of current which is opposite to the direction of flow of electrons.current always flow from high potential to low potential.High potential region means region having high concentration of positive charge.
