it is very simple 43 and 53 grade of cement
means,compressive strength of that cement wiil be minimum
43 N/mm2 for 43 grade and 53 N/mm2 for 53 grade cement.
after mixing of 1:3(cement:sand)ratio and after 28 days
curing.
