Hello frieds i am Ravindra Sharma.I was appeared in the recent campus
Recruting process of Consagous technologies pvt Ltd at 24th feb 2011.
Overall process was divided in three sections-
1: GROUP DISCUSSION.
2: WRITTEN TEST.
3: INTERVIEW.
Friends, i cleared all three rounds and finally got selection in Consagous.
I just want to share some of my good experience related to overall process.
FIRST ROUND: GD
TOPIC IS: "should india break the diplomatic relationship with pakistan."
There are 20-members in my group.They allocate us an unique
serial number for numbering.we have to discuss one by one our ideas.
These round takes 20 to 25 minutes to get complete with conclusion.
SECOND ROUND: WRITTEN TEST
These round is depand on purely our programming concepts and some
practical problem related to project management.Test consist total 50
questions.45 are multiple choice question and 5 questions needs
explanation in short.
some questions are-
What is RTTI?
what is containership?
What is the difference b/w compilation process of C,VC++ and C#?
Describe the life cycle of ASP .NET page?
THIRD ROUND: HR INTERVIEW & TECHNICAL INTERVIEW
In technical interview they just check our programming concepts.Base
of these round for mine is C++ that is my plus point they rapidly ask me
question one after another.
Some questions i remember is-
diffrence between method overridding and method overloading?
concept of polymorphism?
types of inheritence and their example in practical life?
concept of virtual function?
In HR also they have number of questions to ask like
What is your AIM?
Tell me about urself?
Position after two year
Will u prefer Relocation or not?
Who is your ideal?
How to overcome your weakness
What do you know about Consagous?
At the end of overall process one thing is very intresting.I want to
share with u, that for each candidate they almost have a unique LR
question.condition is that they didn't repeat the question.It needs high
concentration on given condition.
