I received a call from client that network is down. We have
100 or 1000 of switches and routers so how could we find the
client switch and its port number? and useful commands to find
this ?

We take customer mac and ip adress..and check the customer
ip in router and we get ip and mac from router .we get the
port no also where that mac addres learn ...after that i
will check this mac ..every downline connected switch
.(means where that mac is learn..) we get that client
pc.....othere wise we tell to customer to trace the router
