motor rotates while transformer not?

because motor converts electrical energy into mechanical
energy with rotating parts while transformer transfers
electrical energy from one circuit to another circuit
having all parts stationary.

if there is nutral in phase why we use earthing wire and grounding? even at fault condition the fault current flows to neutral (it is a lower path)
