1.Testing engineer find a new bugs But that function not
avaiable in testcase. How do approach the develper to fixes
bugs ?

This is a generaic scenario,
If this condition occurs then we should add a new testcase
to this existing test case document check this defect next
release.
It is reponsibility of the developer to fix the bug,once
the tester rises the dfect in bug tracking tool.
No need to inform that testing is not present for the new
dfect.But after adding the new test case,test case document
revision table should be updated with the new testcase
details.
