cash flow means moment of cash i.e input and output within
an accounting period.
fund flow means moment of working capital over aperiod of
time. in other words increase/decrese in working capital
reflect flow of fund.
difference--
in cash flow regards opening stock & closing stock.
in fund flow statement effect on working capital.
