Suppose,u have written 10 test cases for an application,but
ur developer is not satisfied wht u wrote,then how will u
justify him that ur test cases are correct?

I will ask him to refer the content of the Requirement
given by the business abalyst.
IF still not convinced
then
I will ask the developer to convince the Business
analyst to Modify the content of the Requirement
IF Requirement is modified by Banalyst then
