what is the working principal of diode
Answer Posted / r.ravibharathi
diode is an electronic device which consists of two
electrodes in which current is unidirectional and it flows
from anode to cathode ,the flow of current is restricted
when it is reverse biased i.e,when cathode is connected to
positive and the anode is connected to negative.there is a
flow of current when the diode is forward biased, hence it is
unidirectional circuit element.
