authorized capital is the capital which is actually brought
by the promoter in the business to start the business;
subscribed capital is the capital which is subscribed to
public to raise the capital in order to start or expand the
business;
issued capital is the capital which is actually issued to
public at a rate in order to raise the capital; and
paid up capital is the capital amount actually raised after
the issue of issued capital i.e. actual amount brought in
the business with the help of public offerings..
