For a fresher,
First wish the hr,
Tell ur name only and then go for educationQualfctn,like
i had done my schooling and intermediate from recognized
institutions,coming to my graduation i had done my B.Sc
maths as a major subject,coming to my postgraduation i had
completed my MCA from jntuk..
And then tell achievments,like i had achieved 2nd prize on
ppt in managemnt meet conductd at Avanthi colg in 2009..
And then tell ur skills like I have a knowledge on such
areas like C,C++,Java,Oracle,Javascript....
And then tell ur strengths like one of my asset is my
interpersonnel skills wich brought me a lots of good
relations and my confidence,
And tell ur hobbies,interests..
If hr asks tell ur family back ground otherwise no need
it...

I have worked for 2 months in Kotak Mahindra Bank and after that i have left Kotak without giving notice period. Now they give me letter for recovery of 6000. And i don't want to pay that amount then what the problem bank can create for me? Please Suggest..
