I am a Estimation Engineer(Civil).If HR person ask me this
question my answer would be
My strengths are:
1)To work in any role given by my lead engineer.
2)I am a very good team player.I like to work in a team.Like
to help colleagues to find solution of their queries related
to work.Like to take guidance from senior persons.
3)Believe in continuously learning.I regularly attend
lectures conducted by Institution of Engineers on different
aspects of Civil Engineering.
4)To work in tight schedule to complete the alloted work in
stipulated time.
My weakness is:
1)My data management skills such as mastery in MS Excel
could become more stronger & I am continuously working on it.
