In Band (Single Frequency, Multi-Frequency (MF), and Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency (DTMF)), Common Channel Signalling (CCS) and Signalling System 7 (SS7) is used Between the exchanges.
But CCS and SS7 are more cheaper than MF.
