what will happen if 11KV is given to 1.5 square mm cable
connected with constant load of 10A ?what will be the
condition of cable after injecting the voltage?

x section area has nothing to do with voltage and it is the
insulation level. But 10 A is very high for 1.5 sq mm cable
for long run.
