why the discharge pressure of ID fan showing negative at fan
running condition.(boiler operating condition.)

hi frnd..
1st offall ur question is wrong..
actually suction of ID fan is in negative..
in boiler furnce draught maintain (-3mmwc to -5mmwc) with
the help of ID fan.ie it's create vaccum in boiler side..
and it's discharge goes to stack which is positive..

If we increase only P what will be controller action ?
We are using Rosemount 5400 series Radar Level Transmitters in all types of Sump Applications having oily water hdrocarbon petrochemical nature. What we are facing the problem frequently is that always getting reading frezzed at some value. If we do power recycling , sometimes it is working . then making same freezing problem.
