passivce-interface in rip
in rip the passive-interface will receive the updates but it
will not send any updates to other devices in the network
from that port where the passive-interface is applied
passivce-interface in eigrp
in eigrp the passive-interface wont allow and receive the
hello packets and updates from that port where the
passive-interface is applied
