CAPACITOR is passive device and battery is active device.
A five volt capacitor may or may not have energy.It means
if 5 volt capacitor is connected to circuit ,current flows
through it only if is charged.
unlike capacitor, 5 volt battery always supplies current
whenever connected in circuit
