most of the mnc s using the bug tracking tool,bugzilla,
testdirector quality centre and so on ..
normal companies are using the excel doc and with the
format( title of bug, bug discription,steps to reproduce,
priority and severity,hardware and software specification,
status of bug,found, assined to ) and send the mail to
developer through mail
