the organization data is can be categeroised by three types.
These are given below.
Master data
transaction data
organization data
master data:it can be fixed it is not pasibule to change
the data.
transaction data: when ever u want to change u can change
other wise you can use default data.
organization data: daily changes the data.

I created a field and entered the field type, when I double clicked the field type to define the domain; it is asking for an ACCESS KEY, I am not changing any SAP defined tables, working on a user defined table.
