printf("%c", p );-----> prints address of a, i.e. 1024 (say).
printf("%c", p++);-----> prints address of y, i.e. 1025 (say)
printf("%c", *(p++));-----> prints the char y,
printf("%c", ++*(p++));-----> prints the char z,
so final answer is z.
