hour B can fills 20 liters in same time. Likewise B can

Tank B can be filled twice than tank A in every 1 hr. 1/16
of tank B is filled in 3 hrs.
ie 1/16B in 3 hrs
1/8B in 4 hrs
1/4B in 5 hrs
1/2B in 6 hrs
1/1 ie B in 7 hrs.
