I HAVE CREATE DATASET ONLY DS NAME AND SPACE KEYWORD
PARAMETER BUT I DON"T INSERT THE RECORDS BECAUSE THESE
DATASET DEFAULT RECORD LENGTH(LRECL)=0.

NOTE:
