THE NEW COMPANY FOR INCREASING BUSSINESS, THE COMPANY HAS
SOME CAPITAL (ASSET) SO IT CONVERT IN SHARE (EG: RS 10 OR
OTHER) AND THE PERSON PURCHASING IT IS CALLED SHAREHOLDER.
THE SHARE CERTIFICATE IS ISSUED TO PERSON WHO PURCHASE THE
SHARE.
