Hi friends i am from mumbai and have been rejected twice for
f1 visa on 13th dec 2010 and 23th dec 2010. i hv enough funds,
so should i go for third time or should i wait for fall
2011.reply asap.

The 1st two times u have attended on normal dates or emergency dates.If it was on emergency date u dont have a chance to attend for the third time.Even if it was normal date i think u dont have enough time to attend the classes.So i suggest u to apply for the summer intake if u r in hurry to start up ur MS program.Just differ ur I20 as soon as posible,and book a slot for ur VISA.As soon as u attend the VISA interview the probability of geeting VISA is more.ALL THE BEST.

I have applied for a few US universities for MS in EE for fall 09.Passed out B.Tech in 2004 with 67.6% and 9 backlogs,did PGDBA from Symbiosis through distance learning from 2005-2007 and 1 yr Graduate Diploma in Telecomm. Engg from Melbourne,Australia in 2007. My GRE 1250 and ielts 7 i am worried whether the gap in my studies and backlogs can create a problem.Why USA n not Australia for MS?

HI im currently a third year engineering student. I wish to do an internship in a strategic electronics department which is kind off in collaboration with DRDO,(basically releated to defence projects). If he chooses to study part time he can study under a visitors visa. Which would be easier to obtain given that he recently has been working in france for 9 months. HI, I am Jigar Mehta. I had apply for F1 Visa on 8 june 2009 bt they rejected it.Actually In my Case my uncle stays in US and he had apply for green card for my parents and it is in current stage within a year we will get it. But I was not aware that It include me also. in my knowledge it was only for my parents not for me. So VO asked me first que that have u filed immigration application so i told no not for me. so he thought i was not honest and he rejected. I was honestly not aware of it that they consider full family for green card. so now what should i do when i go next time for interview? plz help.
