What happen if 200KVAR capacitor continuesly connected to
load and all the plant machinaries are not in working?

to reduce angle between voltage and current we use kvar
capacitors.. if it placed contiously the voltage will get
lead than current,it increases voltage and reduces current
during that no current the machines will not work... may
aslo get damage to the mahines....
