if fuse is connected in the neutral, it will perform its job as a circuit breaker properly, but as the supply(phase) wire is still connected to the load, when anyone touches the load, he will suffer from a severe shock.

Hi everyone. Some Generators uses 3-Pole breakers with extra contactors for Neutral. Some uses 4-Pole. Why so? What is the idea behind this? Thanks in advance for the solution. Kr.
