difference between CDMA and GSM.. Presently which mobile

cdma signals are coded signals,we can reuse the
fequency,but in gsm we cant,
in cdma risk of noise occurance is lower than gsm,
cmda system is costlier than gsm.

Why are using 4ma to 20ma for signal transfer. Why not 0 to 20ma?
