Clostridium tetani,C.perfringes,C.botulinum,Bacillus
anthracis,B.cereus.........
T heat resistant property is mainly due to the presence of
calcium dipicolinate,present in the core of the spore. The
maim chemical found in spore is calcium dipicolinate.
